Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave broadband RF power amplifiers are designed to provide stable gain and dependable output power across extended frequency ranges in the upper mmWave spectrum. These amplifiers support transmit and driver-stage applications where wideband coverage, predictable performance, and compact waveguide integration are required.

A representative model in the series is the 955VF-25/25/385H RF Power Amplifier, operating over a 50 GHz to 75 GHz frequency range, spanning the V-band and extending into the lower W-band. This broadband amplifier delivers 25 dB typical small-signal gain and provides +25 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), making it suitable for both final-stage transmit amplification and driver amplification in wideband mmWave systems.

The amplifier incorporates regulated DC biasing to ensure stable electrical performance across operating conditions and utilizes a WR-15 waveguide interface for low-loss, high-frequency RF connectivity.
