Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave Ka-band 5G FR2 power amplifiers are engineered to deliver high output power, strong gain, and reliable performance for demanding 5G mmWave transmit applications. These amplifiers are well suited for FR2 base station and small cell testing, beamforming arrays, wireless backhaul, and high-power mmWave laboratory systems, where stable output power and repeatable operation are critical.

A representative model in the series is the 955A-26/28/35/43/KF Ka-band Power Amplifier, operating over a 26 GHz to 28 GHz frequency range within the Ka-band / 5G FR2 spectrum. This amplifier provides 35 dB nominal small-signal gain and delivers +43 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), supporting high-power transmission for mmWave 5G systems. The amplifier requires +5 dBm to +10 dBm input drive to reach saturation, making it suitable for integration with common upconverter and driver stages.
