The 955V-60/25/31.5/385H RF Power Amplifier operates over a 59 GHz to 61 GHz frequency range, covering a key portion of the V-band spectrum commonly used in high-data-rate communications, radar systems, and millimeter-wave testing. This makes it well suited for applications requiring precise and stable amplification at 60 GHz.

The amplifier provides 25 dB typical small-signal gain, supporting effective signal amplification in driver and transmit stages. It delivers +28.0 dBm typical output power at P1dB and +31.5 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), enabling reliable RF transmission for V-band communication links, sensing, and test systems.

In typical RF system architectures, this amplifier is used after a signal source, synthesizer, or upconverter to boost signal levels prior to antenna transmission or system-level testing.
