Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave wideband RF power amplifiers are designed to deliver reliable gain, stable output power, and repeatable performance across extended frequency ranges. These amplifiers are well suited for laboratory, fielded, and production environments where broadband coverage, linearity, and predictable power output are required.

A representative model in the series is the 955B-35/48/30/27/383 RF Power Amplifier, operating over a 35 GHz to 48 GHz frequency range, spanning upper microwave through lower millimeter-wave spectrum (Ka-band into lower V-band). This amplifier provides 30 dB typical small-signal gain, with greater than 35 dB typical gain across portions of the band, supporting broadband transmit chains and driver-stage applications.

The amplifier delivers +25 dBm typical output power at P1dB and +27 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), enabling consistent RF power levels across a wide operating range. Regulated biasing and robust electrical design allow stable operation under continuous-wave (CW) conditions when operated within specified voltage, current, and temperature limits.
