Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave RF power amplifiers are designed to deliver stable gain, reliable output power, and consistent performance across wideband, high-frequency transmit applications. The 955EF-30/20/387 RF Power Amplifier operates over a broad 60 GHz to 90 GHz frequency range, covering a wide portion of the E-band spectrum. This makes it ideal for applications requiring flexible, wideband performance across millimeter-wave communication, radar, and test systems.

The amplifier provides 27 dB typical small-signal gain, supporting effective signal amplification in driver and transmit stages. It delivers +21.1 dBm typical output power at P1dB and +22.5 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), enabling reliable RF transmission for broadband E-band applications.

In typical RF system architectures, this amplifier is used after a signal source, synthesizer, or upconverter to increase signal levels prior to antenna transmission or system-level testing. The unit features a WR-12 waveguide interface with UG-387/U flange, ensuring efficient signal handling at millimeter-wave frequencies.
