Product Description

Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave mmWave RF power amplifiers are built to deliver stable gain and repeatable output power across high-frequency bands where waveguide integration, bias stability, and thermal control are essential. This coverage spans upper V-band through E-band into the lower W-band mmWave spectrum, making it well suited for wideband mmWave transmit chains, driver-stage amplification, and high-frequency test systems.
