Product Description

Mi-Wave’s 955E-76/81/35/387 RF Power Amplifier is an E-band microwave and millimeter-wave amplifier designed to provide stable gain, reliable output power, and repeatable RF performance across high-frequency systems.

Operating from 76 GHz to 81 GHz, this amplifier delivers 35 dB typical gain, +28.1 dBm typical output power at P1dB, and +29.1 dBm typical saturated output power. This makes it well suited for E-band transmit chains, driver-stage amplification, radar systems, high-frequency test setups, and millimeter-wave system integration.

The amplifier uses a WR-12 waveguide interface with a UG-387/U flange, supporting low-loss interconnection across the operating frequency range. With a +8 V maximum bias requirement, the 955E-76/81/35/387 is built for applications where consistent RF performance, efficient integration, and dependable millimeter-wave power are essential.
