The 955-26.5/50/30/20/1.85mmF RF Power Amplifier operates over a wide 26.5 GHz to 50 GHz frequency range, covering key Ka- and Q-band frequencies. This broadband capability makes it ideal for systems requiring flexible frequency coverage across multiple microwave and millimeter-wave bands.

The amplifier provides 38 dB typical small-signal gain, enabling strong signal amplification for driver stages and transmit chains. It delivers +25 dBm typical output power at P1dB and +28 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), supporting reliable RF transmission for communications, radar, electronic warfare, and test applications.

In typical RF system architectures, this amplifier is used after a signal source, synthesizer, or upconverter to boost signal levels prior to transmission or system-level testing. The unit features a 1.85 mm female connector interface, supporting high-frequency operation up to 50 GHz, and operates from a +8 VDC maximum supply, allowing easy integration into compact RF and microwave assemblies.
