Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave broadband mmWave RF power amplifiers are designed to deliver stable gain and repeatable output power across wide frequency coverage where waveguide integration, bias stability, and thermal control are essential. These amplifiers support laboratory, system-integration, and fielded RF platforms that require dependable performance across the upper mmWave spectrum.

A representative model in the series is the 955EF-30/15/387 RF Power Amplifier, operating over a broad 60 GHz to 90 GHz frequency range. This wideband coverage spans the upper V-band through E-band into the lower W-band mmWave spectrum, making it well suited for broadband transmit chains, driver-stage amplification, and high-frequency test systems. The amplifier provides 30 dB typical small-signal gain (over band) and delivers +15 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), with up to +16 dBm Psat over band.

The amplifier features a waveguide RF interface compatible with UG-387/U-M flange patterns for stable, low-loss mmWave connectivity. A regulated DC bias supply supports consistent operation, and defined RF input limits help protect long-term reliability.
