Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave W-band RF power amplifiers are designed to deliver stable gain, strong output power, and repeatable linear performance at very high frequencies where waveguide interfaces, bias regulation, and thermal management are critical. These amplifiers support laboratory, system-integration, and fielded platforms that require dependable W-band transmit and driver-stage amplification.

A representative model in the series is the 955W-94/30/26/387 RF Power Amplifier, operating over a 92 GHz to 96 GHz frequency range in the W-band. This amplifier delivers 20 dB nominal small-signal gain (approximately 23.5 dB nominal over band) and provides +28 dBm typical saturated output power (Psat), with +27.9 dBm typical over band. Typical output power at P1dB is +26 dBm (approximately +25.9 dBm over band), supporting higher linear output operation when spectral integrity and compression margin matter.

For systems sensitive to intermodulation performance, this model offers +35 dBm typical output IP3 (approximately +34.9 dBm over band), supporting demanding modulation and signal integrity requirements in W-band test and transmit subsystems. The amplifier integrates via a WR-10 waveguide interface and is suitable for high-frequency system development, radar, satcom payload testing, and mmWave laboratory platforms.
