Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave V-band low noise amplifiers are designed for high-frequency receiver systems that require balanced gain, controlled noise performance, and reliable operation across wide bandwidths. These LNAs are well suited for laboratory, fielded, and production environments where receiver sensitivity and signal integrity are critical.

A representative model in the series is the 955VF-30/10/385 V-band Low Noise Amplifier, operating over a 50 GHz to 75 GHz frequency range, fully covering the V-band spectrum used in satellite communications, radar systems, and millimeter-wave test platforms. This amplifier provides 30 dB typical small-signal gain across the band while maintaining a typical noise figure of 5.0 dB. The amplifier delivers +10 dBm minimum saturated output power, with typical performance of +12 dBm across the band, supporting robust signal amplification in V-band receiver front ends.

As the first active stage in millimeter-wave receive chains, V-band low noise amplifiers strongly influence overall system noise figure and dynamic range. The 955VF-30/10/385 incorporates regulated biasing and a stable mechanical design to ensure repeatable performance under varying operating conditions, enabling dependable integration into advanced V-band millimeter-wave receiver architectures
