Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave broadband (microwave-to-mmWave) low noise amplifiers provide wide coverage, stable gain, and consistent noise performance for receiver systems operating across multiple bands. These LNAs are designed for laboratory, fielded, and production environments where frequency agility, repeatable results, and robust integration are essential.

A representative model in the series is the 955-01/60/30/1.85mmF Broadband Low Noise Amplifier, operating over a continuous 1 GHz to 60 GHz frequency range, spanning microwave through millimeter-wave coverage in a single amplifier. The unit delivers 30 dB typical small-signal gain with 27 dB minimum gain across the band, maintains a 5 dB noise figure over the band, and supports receiver chain performance where wide bandwidth and stable gain are required. The amplifier provides +10 dBm typical output P1dB (with +11 dBm over band) and +12 dBm typical Psat (up to +15 dBm over band), supporting strong signal handling while maintaining predictable amplification performance
