Mi-Wave’s 955 Series microwave and millimeter-wave V-band / E-band low noise amplifiers are engineered for broadband receiver systems requiring controlled gain, stable noise performance, and reliable operation across extended millimeter-wave frequency ranges. These LNAs support laboratory, fielded, and production environments where wideband coverage and receiver sensitivity are critical.

A representative model in the series is the 955EF-20/12/387 V-/E-band Low Noise Amplifier, operating over a 60 GHz to 90 GHz frequency range. This wide operating span covers the upper V-band and extends into the E-band, supporting multi-band and broadband mmWave receiver architectures. The amplifier provides 25 dB typical small-signal gain with consistent performance across the band, maintains a 5 dB typical noise figure, and delivers 12 dBm typical saturated output power. This balance of gain, noise, and output power makes the amplifier well-suited for broadband receiver front ends, radar systems, and millimeter-wave test and measurement platforms.

As the first active stage in millimeter-wave receive chains, V-/E-band low noise amplifiers strongly influence overall system noise figure and dynamic range.
