The Mi-Wave 980B-43.25/387S Q-Band RF Transmitter provides high-performance signal transmission and frequency conversion for microwave and millimeter-wave systems. It is engineered to convert lower-frequency IF signals to Q-Band RF output frequencies from 43.0 to 43.5 GHz, supporting applications where spectral purity, precise gain control, and frequency stability are critical.

Operating across a 500 MHz RF output bandwidth, the transmitter converts incoming IF signals to millimeter-wave frequencies suitable for high-frequency communications, radar, telemetry, and RF test systems. Its fixed-band transmit architecture provides stable, repeatable frequency translation across the operating range, simplifying integration and supporting consistent system performance.

The 980B-43.25/387S provides high conversion gain with digitally controlled attenuation, enabling precise RF output-level adjustment without requiring external attenuators or additional gain-control stages.
